I can't believe that the mortage rates are again at a 40 year low. This is the best time this year to buy Real Estate. When you keep in mind that rates are so much more important than price, you will realize that you will not get a better time to buy a new home for many many years to come.
Rates are below 5% for 30 year conforming and right at 5% for FHA financing. Super!
Get out and buy something.
